1. Who operates diginaized

diginaized is operated by an Irish sole trader under Business Name No. 710160. Contact: patrick@diginaized.com.

2. What the site provides

diginaized.com is the brand hub for the diginaized product suite. It may link to dedicated product subdomains, including Invoice Pro, CV Builder, Science Hub, Games Hub and other practical tools. Some products may be free, some may include account features and some may offer paid subscriptions.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use any diginaized output, including document content, client details, tax treatment, payment terms, local compliance and suitability for your business. You should take qualified legal, tax, accounting or financial advice where needed.

4. Product accounts and security

Some products may allow accounts, saved documents, client records, authentication, two-step verification or billing. You must keep login credentials secure and must not use the service to impersonate others, mislead recipients or create fraudulent documents.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use diginaized for fraud, spam, phishing, malware, deceptive documents, illegal goods or services, harassment, abusive automation, unauthorised access, scraping at scale or attempts to copy/reverse-engineer protected software.

6. Paid features, subscriptions and app distribution

Paid features may be offered through product subdomains and may use Stripe or other payment processors. If a product is distributed through Google Play or another app store, purchase routes, billing management and app-store behaviour may differ to comply with platform rules. Product-specific pricing, cancellation and refund information is provided in the relevant product flow and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Email sending, referral links and external services

Where a product sends emails or integrates with third-party providers, delivery may depend on recipient systems, spam filters, authentication providers, payment processors, browsers, hosting providers and app stores. diginaized does not control those external systems.

Some pages may include optional referral links, including Google Workspace and Hostinger referral links. diginaized may receive a referral reward if you sign up through such a link. Third-party services, pricing, eligibility, discounts, promotions and terms are controlled by the relevant provider.

8. Intellectual property

The diginaized brand, visual design, software code, templates, product structure and website content are owned by diginaized or its licensors. Documents, messages and business content you create remain yours, subject to the rights needed to provide the service.

9. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the website and products reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, pricing, templates, policies, security controls, limits and product direction may change where commercially, technically or legally necessary.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. diginaized does not warrant that any output complies with every jurisdiction, tax rule, invoicing rule, employment requirement, contract requirement or accounting standard.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, diginaized is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. For paid users, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
