Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free features do not require a subscription and therefore do not carry subscription cancellation or refund obligations.

2. Paid subscriptions

Where a product offers paid Pro features through the web, subscription management is normally handled through Stripe or the relevant billing portal. Cancelling usually prevents the next renewal while keeping access active until the end of the paid period.

3. App-store purchases

If a diginaized product is later distributed through Google Play or another app store with in-app purchases, cancellation, refund and billing management may be handled through that platform’s account controls and policies.

4. Refund position

Because paid digital products may provide immediate access to account features, saved workflows, templates, exports or other digital functionality, refunds are generally not automatic once access has started or a billing period has begun. Requests are reviewed fairly and mandatory consumer rights are respected.

Email patrick@diginaized.com with your account email, product name, approximate payment date, payment reference if available and the reason for the request. Product-specific account areas may also include a refund request form.

8. Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to rules for immediate digital service access and express consent. Other jurisdictions may provide additional local rights.
